The principal is also a pruning instructor with the New York Botanical Gardens. These generous people are donating a day of fine hand pruning by their staff to a garden in Westchester.

A Pizza Adventure with Drew Courtright



Join our Associate Rector, Drew Courtright for a hands-on culinary adventure in pizza making right in your own home!  Drew will provide all of the pizza fixings and teach eight guests the method and art to creating delicious pizza in a cast iron pan.  He will also share his secrets for creating the perfect dough and leave you with an extra batch for your next pizza party.

Stephen Hannock Painting 

Internationally acclaimed artist Stephen Hannock is known for his atmospheric landscapes which have been exhibited in prestigious museums such as NYC’s Metropolitan Museum of Art, The National Gallery of Art in DC and the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston.   He creates luminosity in his paintings through a signature technique that involves layering and polishing paint until it glows.  Inspired by the works of the Hudson River School, he is currently working on a new series of paintings of one of his favorite subjects, the oxbow bend in the Connecticut River. The painting Stephen Hannock has generously donated is a painted reproduction, measuring 16 x 24”, of the 72” Yale Oxbow.  The winning bidder will also be given a presentation by the artist entitled “Adventures from the Front Lines of the Art Games”. Given at a location and time TBD.  Should the presentation be held at a private home, accompanying visuals will be available on the phones or tablets of those in attendance.

One week stay in Lucca, Italy


Enjoy a one week stay in a well-appointed apartment in the medieval walled city of Lucca Italy.  Use it as your base to venture to neighboring Pisa, Florence and beyond.  The four bedroom, two and a half bathroom apartment sleeps seven (two queen bedrooms, bedroom with two twin beds and bedroom with one  twin bed.   The apartment is located on via Fillungo, Lucca's shopping and strolling street, across from the Anfiteatro Romano in the walled center of the city. A private tower affords glorious views over Lucca from three terraces and two lounges. All conveniences, including an elevator in the building, a/c and home theater with retractable screen and speakers.

Madge Scott is a self-taught award-winning Folk Artist, working in all mediums except clay.  A couple of her pieces were loaned to the State Department for their Embassy in the Congo. Her work has featured in magazines, newspapers, and periodicals and been shown in Galleries, Consulates, Universities, Museum and Libraries, She is a volunteer and a member of RiverArts and Arts Westchester and has sold her work internationally. She paints in all mediums and also does commission drawings.
